焦健,男,毕业于哈尔滨工程大学,博士学位,现任哈尔滨工业大学深圳分校电子与信息工程学院副教授。
主要研究领域为面向B5G/6G的空天地海一体化网络的大规模接入技术和高效传输机制,包括非正交接入、毫米波通信、基于机器学习的资源分配策略、区块链技术等。
